So.. Cj forced me to go to his office with him so he could finished his homework, me having nothing to do decided i could fill you all in on our new dog Scout! He is seriously the cutest dog in the world. And i usually HATE dogs. Like once i hit one on the freeway and just kept driving. ( but really what could i have done, i was going 70 mph and i couldn't just slam on my breaks!) I used to despise these animals, but ever since Cj made me come with him to look at the puppies i fell in love! Cj thinks he's a cowboy so he wanted an australian cattle dog or blue heeler, and since we knew exactly where to get them CHEAP he couldn't stop talking about them, and looking up facts about dogs until he got one. I am so happy about it! The first night we got him he was seriously depressed. Like i felt so bad taking him from his home and his parents and all his brothers and sisters, but he's ok now. We brought him home and all he likes to do is eat and sleep and bite my red toes! He is so playful and LOVEES to bite hair and rings. So anyway, i thought i would post a picture of me feeling like a mother, with the new dog! We seriously take him to our parents house if we are going to be gone at work or anything. RIDICULOUS.

TwENty TwO

My Family likes to tell me that i am a little dramatic about my birthday.. The day after Christmas I am looking forward to my birthday, and vice versa. So you KNOW i am reminding everyone that "my birthday is this month, hope you have a good present." Until the hallowed day gets closer and closer and my reminders are given more and more frequently. Its great, you really get more gifts. Try it. My Dad thinks I am so annoying, but only because i get this ANNOYING habit from HIM. Anyways i turned 22 on the 23rd of July. I feel so old. And i have realized that birthdays are depressing. Its like your opportunity to be depressed because you are getting old. (or so i think). And its even more depressing because i WORKED on my birthday for the first time. Yes, i am ridiculous, but this was a big deal for me. Cj told me it was good for me haha! I contemplated calling in sick. But i went. And i didnt mind it. This birthday actually turned out the BEST ever. I didnt have time to even think about never being 21 again (again, probably because i was at work). I get up at 5:50 for work, and the night before I told my Dad that I get up at 5:00 just so i could try and beat him with the "who gets up earlier game" He always wins. Well Cj hearing me say that sets his alarm for 5:00.. It starts going off. I am getting really annoyed thinking "WHY IS YOUR ALARM GOING OFF?!" then it gets the best of me and i have to yell "WHY IS YOUR ALARM GOING OFF?!" And he sweetly says, because i want to wake up with you on your birthday! I then had to tell him i dont wake up for another hour basically. Yes, he is that sweet. And i am that rude. So my husband disappears, which is probably a good thing because my morning is timed to the point that if one thing goes wrong, i WILL be late for work. I am willing to take the risk though, and get those extra minutes of sleep. Cj comes back with Krispy Kreme Donuts.. my favorite. Saying the "breakfast hub brought the birthday girls donuts." i was ecstatic. I love krispy kreme!! I then worked for the first time on my birthday. Gag. I did manage to get myself off early though haha. Cj and I then went to Sweet Cake which is to die for.. opened some gifts at my parents house (i wont tell you about the fit i threw) and his mom's house (loved it!).. and then we went to dinner at La Grande Orange (THANK you Kensley and Jim for showing us that place!) Its the BEST chicken wings and pizza ever. the best. Cj then offered to do whatever i wanted, but i love to sleep and relax so i just wanted to get some dessert and go hommme! It was the best birthday EVERRR! Probably because it was the first one where cj and i were actually married. had plenty of birthdays with him before then, but being married is even better!! Sure love him!

Let me tell you a story. We slept in till almost ELEVEN, only because it was Sunday. We then went to church where I constantly reminded him to put his phone away, and when i wasnt looking he would try and sneak it out. When he wasn't on his PHONE he was about to fall asleep. So after church we went to his Mothers house where we had the best meal EVER.. Dawn is an amazing cook. Ribs, twiced baked potatoes, salad, jello, rolls cheesecake.. Mmm im hungry just thinking about it. Then we went to my parents house and had brownies and ice cream. Basically what I am trying to say is we slept all day and ate all day (and sat at church) nothing too strenuous. So we get home from our parents house and he immediately pulls out his phone and jumps on the bed. Two minutes later THIS is what I see:

Finally

So i was beginning to forget i had a blog until one of my friends, who shall remain nameless, told me i need to update my **** blog. The title "FInally" can stand for me "finally" updating the blog, us "finally" taking a vacation (oh three months ago, time for a new one) and "finally" moving into our house. Growing up i used to be GREAT at writing in my journal. I blame it on the computer, im too stupid to memorize how to update everything. It's been a crazy four months to say the least! I dont feel like going into huge detail on everything, because its too hot for me to even think right now, but here is what we've been up too. We went with my family to California for Spring Break and it was SO much fun. We went to Knotts Berry Farm (kinda ghetto) but LOVED it. I thought it was going to be so much fun having Karson go on all the rides, oh wait, he was scared to even go on the log ride. We almost had him on a roller coaster that went upside down, he was in line with us, and we made sure his back was to the ride.. but right in that last second he turned around and saw that it went upside down and yelled "Im outta here!" .. Lame. We also went to the beach. My favorite place in the WORLD. And even though it was the middle of March I made myself get in the Ocean. If any of you couples want to go to Cali this summer, hit me up. I WILL be making Cj take me sometime! ha.

We moved into our house that we've been in a short sale with since NOVEMBER. It was the hugest joke trying to get approved and moved in on time, but well worth the wait! Cj likes to tell everyone that we live in Circle G in gilbert, because we "back up" to it. Really we live about a mile away. I guess we are on the same side of the street though? Haha our house is just a LITTLE bit bigger than the box we were living in before, but i LOVE it. Its ours, and I couldn't be happier! We got a huge lot 1/4 an acre, but just cant seem to get the weeds out of the rocks. The house was PERFECT when we first walked through it. I guess five months took its toll?! It keeps us busy though, with Lawns and Painting the garage, and decorating! Thats about all we've been up too i guess.. Just lovin life!! ( I tell Cj i am quitting my job probably everyday of my life. He tells me I'm crazy. Thats how much i love my life of work) :/

Monster Jam

So CJ and I went with our good friends Kyle&Brook, and Brodie&Lindsay to Monster Jam this last Saturday night. I know you're all thinking WHAT?! Because thats what I was thinking when CJ told me he bought tickets. In my mind I was thinking "only WIERDO people go there!" But actually it was soo much fun, and you know we will be back next year! Its actually a funny story. Brook bought Kyle tickets for Christmas, so Kyle asked CJ and Brodie if we would want to come, thinking it would be so funny. Well CJ and I were totally down, but Brodie goes "Dude we're already going!" haha i guess they have gone every year? So now its going to be tradition! It was way cool to watch these huge trucks race, and then do "freestyle" and run cars over and do jumps! Cant wait for next year!!

The little boy would watch CJ and I and when we would clap he was start clapping and stomping his feet. I wanted to take him home with me!!!

Two Years..

Well.. CJ and I have officially been "dating" for TWO years as of yesterday!! (Yes for those of you who know us too well, we did take a 2-3 month vacation from one another during the two years.) It was much needed for ME to grown up. Nice that i take responsibility for getting dumped huh?! Oh those were the days.. CJ seriously tried to break up with me 15 times, and after I threw a couple fits, including biting him, we got right back together. Those three months were THE. WORST. Anyway, I hate those break up days. Funny how i wrote in my journal about the first day i met him.. I was obsessed like a little girl. Well i guess it worked, because he sure is my cutest husband now! I am such a lucky girl because i get TWO anniversarys all because i wrote in my journal. Haha we just went to dinner. Its funny how you feel like you are SO in love when you start dating and get married, and that it cant get any better than that, but it DOES!! Not that i know anything, we've only been married for about 6 months, but i love this boy more and more everyday. I am the luckiest girl in the world! Here are just a few of the reasons why i Love CJ: 1. I love waking up to his cute face every morning. 2. I love how on mornings he has to get up earlier than i do his alarm goes off 15 times before he actually gets up, and i am still trying to sleep! 3. I love how every morning when i am STILL trying to sleep he wants to cuddle me before he gets up. 4. I love how when he gets home from work he walks into our TINY living quarters and yells "ELF! Im home!! Come kiss me!" 5. I love how he tells me how "hot" I am when im sitting in my pajamas and i have my retainers on. yeahhh right. 6. I love how when i am so mad at him, and its totally my fault, he's still the one that says he's sorry and that he loves me. 7. I love and hate how hard he works for us. He is the hardest worker i know. And sometimes i throw fits because he's never home, but he's doing it for US he has to remind me. 8. I love all the stupid names he calls me, including elf, turtle, dobb, bambi.. oh they just get worse. 9. I love how no matter how much i let myself down, he's always there for me, telling me how amazing i am as a wife. (I suck at cooking!) 10. I love him for who he is, and what he makes me!! I feel so lucky to have him for ever!! Annnd the point of this post was to say that I am soo glad I decided to go camping two years ago!!

Payson!!

After a VERY busy week for CJ, putting in 60-70 hours, Friday rolled around and we got the invite to go up to Payson and spend the long weekend at my sister-in-laws cabin. I should probably add that it wasnt a busy week for me, CJ thinks i just sleep my life away, so it makes him feel good when i tell him he's busy:).. He seriously is the hardest worker i know! But, we were both just as excited to leave Mesa and spend time up in the freezing cold. Friday night we left around 9:30 with Kody and Mary and seriously spent the next day sleeping and watching movies. Although we did manage to make it into the little town of Christopher Creek to load up on fun dips, snickers, laffy taffys, and circus peanuts! CJ was ticked at my candy spree but i didnt care. We were on VACATION! Saturday night my parents, Mallory, Jaden, Karson, and Karson's friend Colton came up and it made it so much fun! We spent the night playing cards, running into Payson for "Date Night at Taco Bell," and Telling the little boys "they better not look out the window because Bloody Mary watches through windows and will come and get them." My mom was so mad at us, and made sure they knew which rooms to run into if they got scared in the middle of the night. Karson just ended up on the couch with Mallory, and the next morning Colt-Dawg kept saying how tired he was because he had to stay awake and make sure "Bloody Mary" didnt come! It was so funny! It was such a fun trip, riding quads, playing Scum (which i always dominate at!), and hanging out with the family.. a perfect three day weekend!

All of us went on a quad ride except Mal one morning. Kody and Mary had slowed down waiting for the rest of us, and hear clicking.. Kody looked back to see the last lug nut fall off the back tire!! So scary!!
We left CJ with the Raptor, Kody drove one of the quads home to get tools, and the Mary and I took the little kids to see the snowman and play in the snow! We got bored after about 5 mins and ended up driving back to the broken quad... like this.
